Judy & Dan Wittig started a cookie bakery together in 1988 based on both old family recipes and new ones designed with old fashioned country flavors in mind. Our daughters joined the business as they grew up and now help out part time. Every batch of cookies and brownies is made from scratch, using unbleached flour, premium Callebaut chocolate, creamery butter, rolled oats, fresh eggs and pure bourbon vanilla. The cookies and brownies are mixed in small batches daily and hand scooped to ensure a wonderful homemade taste and texture. I have been using Country Cupboard Cookies for several years now, and everyone who receives them raves about how good they are.
