INGREDIENTS: 1 stick butter 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 egg, 1 teaspon vanilla 1 1/3 cups flour, 1 teapson baking soda,1/2 teaspon salt 3 Tablespoons cocoa, 2 Tablespoons milk 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chunks or chips Cream butter & sugars. Add egg & vanilla. Mix dry ingredients together & add to creamed mixture with milk. Stir in chocolate chunks. Chill dough for one hour. Using an ice cream scoop for large cookies or a tablespoon for smaller cookies, drop onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes.
