Rich peanut butter flavor, hand forked, simply delicious!
A rolled in sugar peanut butter cookie that will wow any cookie lover! Dan calls these "peanut butter smoothies". Rolling them in sugar before baking gives them a slight crunch and wonderful texture, but overall the cookies are soft and chewy.
