I have been using Country Cupboard Cookies for several years now, and everyone who receives them raves about how good they are. So we decided to send ourselves a box, to see whether the recipients were just being polite or whether the cookies were really good. WOW! They are fantastic -- even better than homemade. We especially like the way they are packaged in two-cookie sets that you can freeze. and then thaw them when you need a boost. Just pop a couple of frozen cookies in the microwave for 15 seconds or so, and they come out smelling and tasting like you just baked them. The instructions come with the cookies.
