To ensure freshness of our cookies & brownies, we follow certain shipping guidelines. We generally ship gifts Monday through Friday to Pennsylvania, Delaware, Ohio and Maryland. We ship to all other states Monday through Thursday. Any order placed requesting next day air will also ship Monday through Friday. Our Standard shipping ($7.95 to $12.95) is delivery within 2-4 Business days using UPS or Fedex. Most gifts sent to a Pennsylvania address will arrive in one Business day . Do not count the day shipped or weekend days. Most gifts are shipped the same day we receive the order if received by 1pm EST according to the above guidelines. If your order is received after 1 pm , it is moved to the next shipping day. When shipping to states west of the Mississippi River, we highly recommend choosing 2nd day air ($7.00 in addition to standard charges) or next day air (additional $16.00). 2nd day air is delivery 2 Business days after shipped, Next day air is delivery the next Business day after shipped. We need a complete street address in order to ship your gift,include any suite or apartment numbers and also company name. We do not ship to PO /APO/FPO Boxes. We do not ship out of the USA. We cannot guarantee delivery of any package to an incorrect address. If you need a gift to arrive by a certain date, please enter that date under the "comments" section when you check out or call 1-800-858-8970. We can help you choose the necessary shipping method. We only guarantee delivery on certain dates if Next day air is chosen but we will do our best to deliver your gift as close as possible to the date requested. This may involve upgrading your shipping for an additional cost.
