INGREDIENTS: 1 2/3 cups flour, 1 1/2 teaspon baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup butter ( 1 stick) 1 1/2 cups brown sugar 1 egg, 2 teaspons pure vanilla 1 1/2 cups pecan halves Cream butter, add sugar,vanilla ,egg & dry ingredients. Mix together & drop by spoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Cool. Place pecans on top of cookies. Spoon frosting over top. YUMMY and very sweet! FROSTING: Combine 1 1/2 cups brown sugar& 3/4 cup whipping cream in saucepan, bring to a boil, stirring constantly for 2 minutes. Remove from heat & beat in 1 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar
